The short answer is yes!
The longer answer is that you will have to learn the methods which work, you'll have to find out how to make money and if the profitability is good enough to justify PPC (Pay Per Click).
There are many different courses, videos, membership sites and ebooks which claim to be able to teach you how to make money on the internet with Google but almost all of them fail to tell you that you'll probably lose money for a while using PPC until you have set up several campaigns and hundreds of keywords.
Seriously, some of you might be lucky and jag a profitable campaign first up but most of you won't. This iisn't because you're stupid, a loser or any of those other nasty things that people (or you) could call you. No, it is just that even the experts have dud campaigns from time to time.
Mostly to make money on the internet you will have to set up up to 100 campaigns before you find a good one. As you learn what works and what doesn't you'll get better and better until you have honed your skills down to getting winners about 50% of the time.

There is nothing wrong with this even the local mechanic has done a 3 year apprenticeship to learn his/her trade so why would you think that you can learn how to make money on the internet with or without Google in a matter of days? I know why, the Gurus tell you that you can. But that is just so you'll buy their next greatest can't fail tool, book, membership or whatever. It doesn't reflect reality.
They even tell you in their salespages - "I struggled for years, spent $20,000 until I cracked the code" - or some similar line. See, they are telling you that they had to learn their trade the hard way, just like you do.
Now I'm sorry if you have been discouraged by this revelation but I believe it is important for you to have a reality check. Don't be discouraged. When you do learn how to make money online and do it properly you will make so much money that you will have trouble believing it.
You will have to spend some money to learn your trade but it doesn't have to be in the thousands, much of the information you need is available for free, some of it here on the making money on the internet with google blog. There is much to learn, don't waste time reading newsletters which only want to sell you the latest money making plan of the gurus, unsubscribe from those because they won't help you.
